October 2019 Meeting Announcement

Komatsu Facility Tour

Greetings AWS Holston Valley Section Members,
Your section officers are excited to announce details about our upcoming section meeting. We will be touring the Komatsu Mining Group Shop on October 8th at 6:00 PM.
The Komatsu Center of Excellence is a source for aftermarket continuous miner rebuilds, OEM cutter head gearcases, and Armored Face Conveyor gearcase rebuilds.
If you are interested in attending, please register for the event so we have an idea of the number of people to provide PPE for. You will be required to sign a release form and must have Steel Toed Shoes.

Remember:
Steel Toed Safety Shoes will be required. All other PPE will be provided for the visitors by Komatsu. No shorts, dresses or sleeveless shirts allowed.
