Greetings AWS Kansas City Section Members,
Whether you are new to welding or seeking advanced training to pursue bigger opportunities the AWS Kansas City Section provides funding assistance to help you reach your goals. Scholarships are for a student pursuing a certificate, associates or bachelors degree, located in the Kansas City Section.

The AWS Foundation also offers:
- AWS District Scholarship, for a student pursuing studies at a trade/technical school, community college, or university.
- AWS National Scholarships, all for a student pursuing bachelor degrees, except for two for associates degrees
- AWS Educators Scholarships, for Educators pursuing additional studies for advanced degrees or professional development courses.
- Welder Training Scholarship, for a student pursuing studies to be a welder.

5:30 pm Social hour to 6:00 pm, meeting start ending around 8:00 pm
Grilled hamburgers and hot dogs will provided. There will be no charge for the meal at this meeting.

Use the entrance to the Center by the loading dock near the walk-in store.
Park inside the fence, off the street, and enter the building.
