In Alabama to include Lee, Macon, Montgomery, Elmore, Tallapoosa, Chambers, Russell, Bullock, Lowndes, Autauga, Dallas, Butler, Crenshaw, Pike and Barbour counties. 

In Georgia to include Troup, Meriwether, Harris, Heard and Muscogee counties.
