Randy Emery shared his personal journey from first exposure to the AWS to his current role as a section chairman. He also provided meeting attendees with an in depth look into the many benefits of AWS membership and shared current opportunities for involvement in section level leadership. The meeting was concluded with the presenting of the Section Meritorious Award to local CWI Jose Acosta, and Section Educator Award to Welding Instructor Tim Foster.
