Panel Discussion:
Learn about current job potential in the welding industry from experts. All experts are or have played key roles in welding education, manufacturing, automation, control systems, business development, and/or research. You will hear how each expert began their career in welding; the education required for them to succeed; challenges they overcame to become leaders in the welding industry; and the importance of active participation in professional societies.
