In Iowa to include all the counties west of and including Mitchell, Floyd, Butler, Grundy, Tama, Poweshiek, Keokuk, Wapello, and Davis, to include all the counties east of and including Osceola, O’Brien, Cherokee, Ida, Crawford, Shelby, Cass, Montgomery and Page.
