On January 21, 2020, the AWS New York Section met at the Carpenter’s Union Training Center in New York City. Doug DeMarco – CWI and Welding Educator – served as the guest presenter and welding students were instructed on use of virtual reality welding machines. A tour was given of the AWS NY Section library. AWS membership applications were given out to all students in attendance and the benefits of membership were discussed.
