NYS DOT “Through the Eyes of an Inspector”
Mark has been a DOT inspector for Pennoni for 19 years. Over those 19 years he has gathered a wealth of knowledge on the interpretation of the code. There are changes to the code since his last presentation. If you are working under this code or thinking of doing DOT work, this presentation is for you, with discussion afterwards.
