To include the state of North Dakota
In Minnesota to include Kittson, Roseau, Lake of the Woods, Beltrami, Marshall, Polk, Pennington, Red Lake, Clear Water, Mahnomen, Norman, Clay, Becker, Hubbard, Wadena, Otter Tail, Wilkin, Grant, Douglas and Todd Counties.
