Seminar – Writing Prequalified WPS’s 4 PDH’s (Professional Development Hours) followed by AWS Meeting.
During this Seminar attendees will learn the requirements of D1.1 Clause 5 for Prequalified WPS’s, examine specific examples of WPS’s, and discuss common errors that are made by Welding Procedure Specification writers. A Copy of AWS D1.1 will be projected on the screens, but it is highly recommended that you bring your own copy of AWS D1.1:2020 for a more immersive experience. Michael Carey is a Certified Welding Inspector, Welding Engineering Technologist and NDT Specialist. He has 22+ years of experience in AWS, ASME, API, Military specifications and international code applications.
