May 2019 Section Announcement

Greetings AWS Palm Beach Section Members,

We have had a few developments over the last few weeks that we want to be sure you are aware of.

Frank Rose, an Instructor at Atlantic Technical College, is the Section Chairman, and Dustin Welch, an Instructor at Miami Northwestern Senior High School, has taken on the role of 1st Vice Chairman of the AWS Palm Beach Section, and he and I are working to put together a program of events for the next year. We want to get you out to those events, and we know that we’ll need them to be things you will want to take part in, so please take a moment to email us and let us know what type of activities you would like to see us plan and where they should take place.
*The AWS Palm Beach Section covers Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie Counties, and Okeechobee Counties, and we know that many of our members may live and/or work outside of the area.

In an effort to ramp up activity, we have launched a new website – awssection.com/palmbeach/ – and we encourage you to keep an eye on it so you can stay informed on all that the AWS Palm Beach Section is accomplishing.

Lastly, we want to be sure we are connecting with all those who have an interest in the AWS Palm Beach Section, so please be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date – and encourage those you know who may not be receiving these emails to do the same.
