Letter to AWS Philadelphia Section Members from the Chair

Greetings AWS Members,

Greetings fellow AWS members from the AWS Philadelphia Section board! First and foremost, hoping you and your families are heathy during these trying times our country is facing, and wishing all Happy Holidays!

Wow, what a year. As you all know, we all faced challenges this past year, including our section. We deeply miss seeing you all at our section meetings and events. The board has been meeting continuously discussing events, member meetings and what we can do for the AWS community after COVID is behind us. In the meantime, we will be following PA and Philadelphia guidelines regarding COVID. We hope to have a virtual member meeting soon!

• Calling all students and educators: Applications for 2021-2022 National, District, and Section Scholarships are now open! You can apply online at scholarship.aws.org. But hurry! The deadline is March 1, 2021.
