Dave Edwards of T-Baily will be presenting on dealing with inconsistencies in Charpy V-notch testing.
Dave Edwards has Forty-two years of various fabrication and machining experience in the petroleum, steelmaking, shipbuilding, process maintenance and aggregate – crushing industries, including 10 years fabrication management. For the last 18 years as fabrication quality management. He has been as AWS Certified Welding Inspector since 2003; API 653 Above Ground Storage Tank Inspector since 2009, and in addition is a CWB Certified Welding Supervisor.
