It has been a long time since I have addressed the membership and for that I do apologize, Covid has affected my family deeply. My mother was taken from me a little over a week ago and I have lost many very close to me over the last 18 months. My focus had been on family and it has affected the activity of the section. That being said, since my family duties have terminated with my mother, I can again focus on the things I have neglected, including the section.

I wanted to begin by opening up nominations for elections to be held at our first meeting March 24th. I will be holding an executive meeting to lay out the meeting schedule moving forward and will forward the schedule to the section once it is finalized.

Nominations will be accepted via email to me at [email protected] or at the March 24th meeting before the election. If you have the time and ability to serve on the board, I encourage you to step forward and run for an office. Thank you for your time and more information will follow soon.
