March 1, 2023 Hello Section 109 Members, I hope all is well with you, and wanted to reach out to you in regard to upcoming elections for Executive Board Officers for your section, and a brief description of the process involved.  We will be voting for the offices of Chairman, First Vice Chairman, Second Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. I will be installing a “nomination” committee of 3 members, who will collect the nominations and prepare for the formal election shortly thereafter. A follow-up notice on the formal elections will be sent by the end of April, with the elections to follow. After the election of the board members, several committee chairman positions will need to be filled and you are encouraged to consider serving on one of them. Your participation is greatly appreciated and gives you a voice in the representation of your section’s leadership.
