Understanding K-areas

AWS Section 146 is pleased to host a 1 hour YouTube live stream PDH session on “Understanding K-areas” presented by Seth Davis.
This PDH presentation is an overview of the information covered by Brent Boling of Arc-Tech Inspections during his recent Technical Session at the AWS 2020 Welding Inspection Conference in Houston.
The meeting will begin Thursday, February 20th at 6pm (MST) and will last for approximately 1 hour. 1 PDH will be awarded for participation in this meeting.

This is the first 100% virtual meeting ever hosted by AWS Section 146. The Executive Committee recognizes that the members of Section 146 are spread over a large geographic area. Section 146 covers approximately 50,000 square miles. Given the geographic size of the Southern Colorado Section, we recognize it can be difficult for members outside of the Colorado Springs and Pueblo hubs to participate in section activities. Section 146 values the participation of all its members, and is working to make that participation a reality. We look forward to seeing all of you at the upcoming virtual meeting.
Seth Davis is a CWI and Welding Instructor for Pueblo Corporate College. He recently attended the AWS 2020 Welding Inspection Conference in Houston.
