The Western Carolina Section of AWS invites members to participate in a facility overview and tour of the SC Steel facility located in the upstate of South Carolina. In this tour, you will get to see the steps involved in the fabrication of steel for various types building projects, from cutting through final inspection. Please bring your own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots.
