To summarize, the consensus of the group indicated that the next meeting will incorporate an online attendance capability (gotomeeting) due to the geographic challenges in Wyoming.  The group also decided that quarterly meetings are sufficient enough and should be planned out in advance to help with member attendance. We would like your input as to which dates will be best for everyone’s work/life schedule. Please email Travis Berry ([email protected]) with your ideal schedule from the dates below so we can get an official schedule finalized and sent out.

Meeting 1: August 3rd or 10th 2018
Meeting 2: November 2nd or 9th 2018
Meeting 3: February 1st or 8th 2019
Meeting 4: May 3rd or 10th 2019

If anyone would like to host a meeting or present information, please indicate this in your email so it can be planned as well. If there is any relevant information that would be of use here, please feel free to add/inform us if you reach out. I am assuming the early part of June is when we should have this schedule finalized.

In addition, the annual district meeting is in Rexburg, ID this year and we would like to extend an invite to any member willing to attend on June 6th. One member will accompany either Travis or Troy at the district meeting. Below there is a brief description of what is entailed at the district meeting, if you have any additional questions about the district meeting reach out to Travis for more info. We must finalize hotel arrangements by the 17th of May for the member who would like to attend. Please reach out to Travis if you are interested in this opportunity!

“All,
The Idaho/Montana Section is hosting the 2018 District Conference on June 8th in Rexburg, ID.  Clay Rasmussen has put together a reservation link for us.  Follow the directions on the link and answer the questions.  This will give Clay and myself a headcount for the meeting, meals, and the tour.  More information will follow on the tour.
